Premium flex workspace provider CorporatEdge is rapidly scaling its presence across India and abroad with a series of strategic expansions. The company’s latest move includes leasing 51,000 sq. ft. at Godrej GCR in Gurgaon, one of the key commercial hubs in the NCR region. With this addition, CorporatEdge is projected to close FY26 with nearly 590,000 sq. ft. of operational and signed workspace under its portfolio.

In addition to domestic expansion, the company has also marked its international entry by leasing 36,000 sq. ft. in Dubai, signalling a strong move to serve global enterprises and multinational teams. Dubai is a major international business destination, and this step reflects CorporatEdge’s ambition to operate in global-grade commercial markets.

To better understand the company’s expansion roadmap, here is a quick snapshot of the major developments:

Region / City New/Upcoming Space Purpose
Gurgaon (Godrej GCR) 51,000 sq. ft. Expanding NCR presence
Dubai 36,000 sq. ft. International expansion
Hyderabad & Pune Upcoming Planned domestic expansion
Target for 2030 1.5 million sq. ft. Across 50 centres, 10 cities

These expansions come at a time when India’s flex office industry is experiencing strong growth. According to CBRE, the country’s flexible office stock is expected to increase from 80 million sq. ft. in 2024 to 125 million sq. ft. by 2027, with NCR contributing nearly one-fourth of the growth. Meanwhile, an ICRA report highlights a significant shift in market behaviour, revealing that large enterprises now contribute 55–60% of the total demand for managed workspaces—marking a departure from the startup-driven trend seen earlier.

Commenting on the new Gurgaon centre, Monaah M. Shuklla, Founder & CEO, said that the goal was to create a workspace that offers more than just operational efficiency. She explained that the design follows the company’s unique “Offitel philosophy,” which combines a productive office environment with hospitality-inspired comfort.

CorporatEdge is also deepening its presence in major Indian metro cities. After establishing centres in Mumbai and Bengaluru, the company is preparing to enter Hyderabad and Pune, two of the rapidly growing markets for Grade-A flexible and managed office spaces.

According to Aashish S. Shukla, Managing Director, the Godrej GCR expansion is an important step in achieving their long-term goal of managing 1.5 million sq. ft. across 50 centres in 10 cities by 2030. He emphasised that NCR continues to lead India’s flex space adoption, making Gurgaon a strategic location for growth.

Supporting this view, Hriday M. Shukla, Director – Revenue, noted that enterprise-led demand has been rising steadily and that hospitality-led office models are generating new revenue streams across key markets. He added that the Godrej GCR centre will play a major role in expanding the company’s NCR portfolio.

With rising enterprise adoption, strategic city-wise expansion, and entry into global markets, CorporatEdge is positioning itself as a strong competitor in the premium flex workspace segment.
