Founders
- Rajesh Patel: Known as the "Execution Genius," Rajesh leads RRC Ventures with over 40 years of experience. He has built more than 70 large projects totaling 50 million sq. ft., including famous ones like Hiranandani Gardens in Powai.
- Anil Mutha: The founder of Nandivardhan, Anil has been in real estate for 20 years. He is known for luxury projects like Maansarovar in Thane and 20 other premium developments in Thane and South Mumbai. He is called the "Connoisseur of Luxury."
- Hiren Chheda: The "Commercial Czar of Thane," Hiren leads Ekatva and has transformed Wagle Estate into a commercial hub with projects like Centrum and Opal Square.
First Project
Mextech’s first project is a luxury development on 7 acres near Pokhran Road 2, Thane. Construction began in 2023. Instead of selling homes before construction, they built first, showing strong finances and a long-term approach.
Partnering with Royalti
For sales, Mextech partnered with Royalti, a top real estate firm led by Naresh Menghrajani. Royalti has closed 2,500 deals worth ₹3,000 crores and specializes in luxury properties. This partnership was signed on January 14, 2025, during Makar Sankranti.
Future Plans
The brand launch and project reveal are expected in 60 days. Mextech aims to sell ₹1,000 crores worth of homes from this project in two years. Over the next five years, they plan to develop projects worth $1 billion.
