Flipkart planning to hire 10,000 -12,000 staff on Temporary Basis
The Flipkart plans to hire over 10,000 - 12,000 staff on temporary contract basis to escalarate up its delivery and logistics service to meet the demands on Festival season.
The decision is part of the preparations being made by e-commerce companies as they used to launch offers to boost sales during the festive season, Flipkart's CAO Nitin Seth told in an interview.
