Eligibility for DDA Flat Booking 2025

• Applicant must be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above.

• Must not own a residential property over 67 sq. m in Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.

• EWS flats eligibility: Family income under ₹10 lakh/year.

• Must have a valid PAN card.

Application Process for DDA Housing Scheme

1. Visit the DDA e-Services portal.

3. Pay application money:

   • EWS – ₹10,000

   • LIG – ₹15,000

4. Select a flat and reserve it by paying within 30 minutes (First Come First Serve basis).
