The Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway is one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects currently underway in India. Construction Details and Contractors - Vadodara Mumbai Expressway Project

The entire project is split into two major sections: Vadodara–Virar and Virar–JNPT. Construction is being carried out through the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). This model mixes EPC and BOT frameworks, where the government funds 40% and private contractors finance the rest.
