Himbhoomi, also called Jamabandi Himachal, is a land records portal designed to digitise land data and make it available to citizens online. It helps in reducing land frauds, property scams, and provides easy access to land-related documents. How to Check Jamabandi Land Records Online

To view your land records in Himachal Pradesh, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official Himbhoomi website.

2. Scroll down and click on the ‘View Land Record’ section.

3. Select your district, tehsil, village, and Jamabandi year.

4. Enter the captcha code and click OK.

5. Your Jamabandi land records will appear on the screen.

You can also visit your local Tehsil office if you need an authorised hard copy of the record by paying a nominal fee.

1. Visit the e-Himbhoomi website.

2. Click on View Land Records.

3. Enter your application number.

4. You can also fill in khewat, khatauni, khasra, your mobile number, and email.

Circle Rates in Himachal Pradesh

The circle rates are the government’s minimum property valuation, which is useful for property transactions and calculating stamp duties. You can check the circle rate for your village using the portal by:

3. Enter the district and SRO office details.

4. Submit the form to view the circle rate data.

How to Apply for Mutation on Himbhoomi

Mutation is the process by which ownership of property is updated in the land revenue records after a transfer, sale, or inheritance.

1. Go to the Himbhoomi website.

2. Click on the Mutation Request option.

3. Enter your name, email, mobile number, and captcha.

4. Submit the form and then fill in the required mutation details.

How to File a Demarcation Request

Demarcation helps determine the boundaries of a land parcel. Here’s how you can apply online:

1. Go to the Himbhoomi website.

2. Click on the MEGH – Demarcation option on the right-hand side.

3. Choose Demarcation Request and give the reason for your request.

4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement number.

5. The Tehsil/Sub-Tehsil will review your request.

6. Once approved, the Field Kanungo will set a demarcation date and submit a compliance report.

Check Property Digitisation Status

To see whether the land records of your village have been digitised:

1. Visit the Himbhoomi website.

2. Under e-services, click Land Records and Circle Rates.

3. Select your district, taluka, village.

4. Enter the khasra and khatauni details and the captcha.
